Acro Yoga (Partner Yoga)

Acro Yoga is a playful partner practice that blends yoga, acrobatics, and connection-based movement. Together we'll explore balance, trust, communication, strength, and teamwork in a supportive, fun environment.

Participants will work in groups of three, rotating through the roles of base, flyer, and spotter so everyone gets a chance to experience each part of the practice.

We cultivate a class culture built on clear communication, consent, safety, and mutual respect. All backgrounds and experience levels are welcome in this collaborative, supportive space.

No experience needed!
Come solo or with a friend, all are welcome and we’ll mix and match throughout class.
