A perspective that grew from a background of pushing the limits as a professional circus acrobat, former NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and teacher of circus arts, fitness, and flexibility for 6 years.
Her classes aim to make movement feel accessible, empowering, and enjoyable for real bodies and real people at all stages of their journey.

Yoga TeacherFillie’s teaching is rooted in connection, presence, and accessible movement. Inspired by her travels, especially time spent in India, she brings a gentle, grounded approach to yoga shaped by the depth and heart of yoga culture.
Her classes focus on nervous system support, intentional movement, and creating a welcoming space where all experience levels, real bodies, and imperfect days are welcome.
