Class Descriptions:

Yin Yoga (with Fillie)

Yin Yoga is a slow, passive style of yoga where seated or reclined poses are held for extended periods, typically 3 to 10 minutes. It targets deep connective tissues (fascia, ligaments, and joints) rather than muscles, helping to improve flexibility, release chronic tension, and calm the nervous system.

Chair Strength (with Lilly)

This beginner-friendly class uses a chair for stability while we build strength, improve mobility, and work on balance, all without getting down on the floor.

Designed for those who want to move more confidently but need a little extra support, this class focuses on practical strength for everyday life.

Restore (with Lilly)

Stiff? Achy? Moving carefully around old tension?

This class focuses on gentle, supportive mobility to help your body move out of pain and back toward ease. We use slow, intentional movement to reduce guarding, improve joint motion, and help your system feel safe enough to let go.

This strength and mobility class is designed for active 40+ bodies who already have a baseline of strength and are comfortable moving on and off the floor.
